Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 35 minutes Refrigeration Time: 30 minutes Ingredients (6 people): 1/2 cup Coconut Milk 2/3 cup Crème Fraîche (or heavy cream) 6 Egg Yolks 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar 1 Vanilla Bean, Seeds Scraped (or few drops of extract) Pinch of Salt 1/8 cup Coconut Syrup (optional) Shredded Coconut, for tops.
